Since starting young, he’s grown immensely in leadership and professionalism, always carrying a strong sense of pride in the work he does. His approach is simple but powerful: follow the ‘don’t be a dick’ policy, treating everyone with respect and fairness. Jack’s most memorable experiences include contract work for other glazing companies, which broadened his understanding of the industry and business. If he wasn’t in glazing, he figures he’d be a builder or mechanic – roles that match his hands-on, practical mindset.
