Jayden has been with Ryan Double Glazing for almost two years, working primarily on window installations. He’s known on the team for his speed and efficiency, always getting the job done promptly without compromising quality. One of the things Jayden values most about working at Ryans is the great group of people he gets to work alongside. He appreciates how well everyone gets along, which makes the job more enjoyable and fosters a strong sense of teamwork. Since joining, he’s also learned a lot about collaboration and patience, which he sees as essential to the role. Outside of work, Jayden enjoys hanging out with the boys and spending time with friends. He’s a strong guy, both physically and in character, and always makes a point of being kind and polite when arriving on site, which helps set a positive tone with customers. One of Jayden’s most memorable jobs was a project in Raglan where the crew stayed overnight. It was a great chance to bond with the team outside of work, reinforcing the camaraderie he values so much. If he wasn’t in glazing, Jayden thinks he’d be working in building, as he enjoys practical, hands-on work. For Jayden, the values of tidiness, teamwork, and patience are key to doing a good job. He takes pride in his work and the positive relationships he builds both with his team and customers, making him a reliable and valued member of the Ryans crew.
